As American tourists, we visited Café Du Marché to experience authentic French cuisine, and it did not disappoint. We tried the Alfredo pasta, frog legs, and the standout dish – the Beef Stew. For dessert, we had the Tiramisu, which was also very good.

We visited Café Du Marché on a friend’s recommendation, as it’s one of her favorite places to eat in Paris—and now we completely understand why! Every single one of us loved our meals. I had the French onion soup and duck with a small salad, and everything was absolutely delicious. I have a gluten allergy and informed our waiter, who was very accommodating and made sure my meal was safe for me. The atmosphere is incredibly charming, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a meal after sightseeing. We chose to dine inside, but they also have outdoor seating for those who prefer to enjoy the fresh air and people-watching. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great food and a cozy Parisian dining experience!

Our waiter was absolutely great , the food was plentiful and delicious. We had the French onion soup and a salad to start (which were a meal in itself). We then had Steak and fries and The Duck. We were so full that sadly we couldn't fit in desert.

In my personal opinion, this place was awesome in every way. It was a pleasant surprise, especially considering the 3.8 stars on Google Maps. The food was really tasty and full of flavor, with good portions. The service and the wine were also very good. I definitely recommend it, a great stop after a long walk around the city.

Exceptional service and food - the homemade duck confit leg was delicious and crispy while not being overly dry. We loved this place so much that we went three times during our stay in Paris. Will recommend to anyone staying near the Eiffel Tower!

Oh la la! The food was DELICIOUS! Steak, mashed potatoes, green salad, sea bass. You’ll be glad you ate here. Quaint and very Parisienne. Only 48€ total for two people including one glass of wine.

Café du Marché captures everything you hope for in a Parisian café — lively atmosphere, great service, and incredible food. The highlight was definitely the duck: perfectly cooked, tender, and full of rich, savory flavor. Paired with a glass of wine and a seat on the terrace, it made for an unforgettable meal. Friendly staff and a charming setting make this a must-visit spot in Paris!
